The Inspiration
At Tobacco Caye there are so many amazing snorkeling and diving excursions however one of the best is none other than the night snorkel and the opportunity to go snorkeling with Derrek the green Moray eel. Derrek is a huge 6-foot-long green Moray eel, and he is often the highlight of many people’s night snorkel with the Marine Station off of Tobacco Caye. Each purchase of Derrek’s sticker helps to preserve his home and to make sure he is visited in a sustainable way, for example by not encouraging him with the lure of food
